§ 44. Colonel Sir L. Ropnerasked the Minister of Transport if he will now make a statement on the report from Messrs. Scott and Wilson, Kirkpatrick and Partners with regard to the present and future trunk road traffic requirements in the East and West Ridings of Yorkshire between the Great North Road and the port of Hull.
