§ Mr. GreenThe Chief Registrar of Friendly Societies cannot consider the exercise of his power under Section 50 of the Industrial and Provident Societies Act, 1893, to appoint an inspector to inquire into the affairs of this association until an application is made by the requisite number of members: no such application has yet been received.
