§ Mr. BraineAt the end of 1963 there were 348 family doctors practising mainly in the administrative county. An exactly equivalent figure is not available for the end of 1951, but there were then 249 family doctors resident in the county. The average list numbered 2,224 in 1963 and 2,274 in 1951.
