Mrs. Butlerasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs if he will send a circular to public health authorities drawing attention to the health risks involved in the use of public drinking cups and to the desirability of removing such cups and replacing them with hygienic drinking fountains.
