Mr. Rankinasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he has yet concluded an agreement with the Federal Government of Germany covering the cost of maintaining the British Army of the Rhine in view of the expiry this year of the 1962 agreement; and if he will state the terms of the new arrangement.
