§ 39. Mr. Boxasked the Secretary of State for Industry, Trade and Regional Development whether, in view of the continued rise in the cost of the products or services of the nationalised industries which operate against the public interest, he will introduce legislation to enable the Monopolies Commission to investigate, report and recommend as to the future of these industries.
