Mr. Masonasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether, in view of the Director of Public Prosecutions' report into the bribery in professional football and the need to give an opportunity for all named footballers who have not been criminally involved to clear their names, he will now move for the appointment of a judicial tribunal under the Tribunals of Inquiry (Evidence) Act, 1921, with a view to ascertaining how widespread the practice has been.
