§ Mr. MarplesThe consulting engineers' report has now been considered and I will publish as soon as possible a draft Section 7 Order under the Highways Act, 1959, showing the recommended route. As to the timing of the work, I cannot add to the reply given to my right hon. Friend's Question of 25th March this year.
