Lewisasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what recent guidance he has issued concerning a change in the administration of the law concerning homosexuality; when such guidance was issued; why the statement announcing this change was not made to the House of Commons; and to what extent this new arrangement will affect the course of investigations being conducted by the Metropolitan Police.
