§ Mr. SandysSir Joshua Hassan, the Chief Member of the Legislative Council, and Mr. P. J. Isola appeared before the United Nations Special Committee on Colonialism last September in order to express the views of the people of Gibraltar.
The expenses of the visit were borne by the Gibraltar Government.
