§ Mr. MarplesWhile I naturally regret the tragic case which was the occasion 33W of the learned judge's remarks, I can hold out no prospect of legislation on this subject. The Parliamentary proceedings on the Bill introduced in 1961 by the hon. Member for Loughborough (Mr. Cronin) showed that it is beset with many complications.
