asked the Secretary of State for Commonwealth Relations and the Colonies (1) in view of the activities of the Sultan of Fadhli, if he proposes to recommend to the South Arabian Federation that they should charge him with sedition or treason or both;

(2) whether he proposes to recommend to the South Arabian Federation that they should proceed against the Sultan of Fadhli for bribery and corruption.
