§ 42. Mr. Elwyn Jonesasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department when he expects to take a decision regarding the recommendation of the Advisory Committee on the Treatment of Offenders in January, 1963, that preventive detention should be abolished; and why an earlier decision has not been taken.
