§ Sir K. JosephAs I explained in the Answer I gave my hon. Friend the Member for Manchester, Withington (Sir R. Cary) on 16th June, the precise location and area of the proposed new town must depend on a detailed survey which I am arranging. Until I have the results of the survey I cannot answer the hon. Member's query about the peat.
