§ Mr. MawbyVirtually all applications for service on the Barry exchange during the past year have been met on demand and completed within a matter of weeks. There are at present only four applications on the waiting list, five years ago there were 61. In view of the changes in the composition of the waiting list it is not possible to quote a reliable waiting period at any one time.
