§ 62. Mr. Hector Hughesasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will reconsider the amended 272W scheme which he, in conjunction with the Secretary of State for Scotland, has drafted based on the White Paper, Command Paper No. 2323, with a view to extending its scope in such a way as to provide compensation for persons who have suffered loss and damage inflicted on them by an epidemic caused through no fault of their own.
