Mr. Owenasked the Minister of Transport if he has now considered the report on the Transport Users' Consultative Committee's inquiry of 19th March into the proposed closures of the railway services in the Newbiggin, Ashington, and Blyth areas of Northumberland; and whether he will make a statement.
