§ 71. Mrs. Hartasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what reply he is making to the letter he has received from the Second District Council of Lanarkshire, asking him to consider amending the law relating to Income Tax to provide for relief to be given for travelling expenses between home and work, where these are high as a direct consequent of lack of local employment opportunities.
