Mr. Straussasked the Minister of Transport if he will state the reasons for not publishing the report of the panel of economists and engineers who studied, under the auspices of the Road Research Laboratory, the feasibility of reducing the number of cars in congested areas by various taxation devices.
§ Mr. MarplesI have not yet decided whether to publish this report but I hope to reach a decision soon.
