§ Mr. Scott-HopkinsTenant farmers alreadly enjoy a substantial degree of security of tenure under the Agricultural Holdings Act, 1948. In particular any normal tenancy continues indefinitely unless a notice to quit is given for one of seven specified reasons or if confirmed by the Agricultural Land Tribunal. If the hon. Member will let me know of any specific point he has in mind I will gladly arrange for it to be considered.
