§ Mr. BarberNo. The Boards of Governors of the Hospitals for Diseases of the Chest, of St. Peter's, St. Paul's and20W St. Philip's Hospitals, and of the National Heart Hospital. The Boards have difficulties of reorganisation. The review of medical staffing is not being delayed on this account.
