Mr. Elwyn Jonesasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether Her Majesty's Government have received a notification from the Registrar of the International Court of Justice, under Article 63 (1) of the Statutes of the International Court of Justice, in regard to the cases relating to South West Africa now pending before the Court.
§ Mr. R. A. ButlerNo. Her Majesty's Government, as a member of the United Nations, were, however, notified of the institution of proceedings through the Secretary-General of the United Nations, in accordance with Article 40, paragraph 3, of the Statute of the Court.
