§ Mr. du CannThis duty was reduced by 20 per cent, in October, 1962, as a result of international tariff negotiations and domestic prices have been substantially reduced since the application was made. The facts on which the application was based have, therefore, changed and a fresh investigation would be needed if the applicants wished to pursue the matter.
