§ Mr. KirkThe object of the review to which my right hon. Friend referred in his statement of 4th December, 1963, is to facilitate the comprehensive development of the Woolwich Arsenal site, and I trust that this aim will be achieved. Every aspect of redevelopment must be examined, and the normal procedure for considering the requirements of all Government Departments must form part of this examination. There is no need to suspend this procedure.
