Edwardsasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he is aware of the fatal accidents, particularly to children, arising out of the use of inflammable materials in the manufacture of night clothes; and whether he will issue regulations under the Consumer Protection Act to ban the use of inflammable materials in the manufacture of these garments.
