§ Mr. SoamesI understand that I shall be receiving the Committee's Report within a few days. It will be published as soon as possible after that. I am informed that the Report deals comprehensively with the very wide range of issues covered by the Committee's terms of reference. It is unlikely that the14W necessary consultations with the great many interests concerned can be complete in time for the Government to take a view on the Report before the end of the Annual Review.
