§ Mr. Costainasked the Secretary of State for Industry, Trade and Regional Development when the South-East Study, and the Government's conclusions on it, will be available.
§ Mr. HeathA White Paper setting out the Government's initial conclusions on the South-East Study will be presented to Parliament and published on 19th March. The Study will be made available to Members and published in London simultaneously with the White Paper. Copies of both documents will be generally available throughout the country the following day.
