§ Mr. Warbeyasked the Secretary of State for Commonwealth Relations if he will publish in the OFFICIAL REPORT the text of the document containing the British proposals for a link between the proposed international force in Cyprus and the United Nations Organisation.
§ Mr. SandysVarious methods for providing a suitable link between the proposed international force and the United Nations have been and are still being discussed between the parties concerned. I do not think that while these negotiations are continuing it would be helpful for me to publish details.
