§ Mr. D. PriceIn the area covered by the Colne Valley constituency five industrial development certificates were issued in 1961; three in 1962 and four in 1963. Over half the certificates were for textile industries; the remainder were for engineering, wood products and chemicals. It is not possible to give details by local authority areas without disclosing confidential information on individual projects.
