§ Mrs. ThatcherThe County Borough of Gateshe ad is served by two offices of the National Assistance Board, which between them also serve a considerable area extending beyond it including the Urban Districts of Felling and Washington. The numbers of recipients of unemployment benefit with supplementary assistance grants authorised by these offices were as follows:
