§ Mr. BraineThe provision of facilities for general practice in a health centre is a matter for consultation between the local health authority and the local executive council. The Ministry is always ready to advise. Staffordshire County Council has not so far asked my right hon. Friend to approve a specific proposal to provide a health centre at Wednesbury.
