§ Q10. Mr. Awberyasked the Prime Minister, in view of recent events in Tanganyika, Kenya and Uganda, when British troops were invited by the Governments concerned to restore order, if he will make new proposals to the United Nations designed to further the creation of a long-term peace-keeping force for use in similar circumstances in the future.
