§ Mr. SandysOf the £196,998,000, £74,292,000 represent advances by the British Government to the Commonwealth Development Corporation for investment in the territories listed in my answer of the 31st January, of which £15,071,000 has been repaid to the Corporation.
Of the remaining £122,706,000 lent direct to Governments, repayments to 31st March, 1963 total £16,375,000 made up as follows:
