Member knows that I cannot ordinarily discuss details of individual cases, but as he has made it clear elsewhere that he is referring to the estate left by the 13th Earl of Home I have been authorised by my right hon. Friend the Prime Minister to say that the duty has been met in full and that the final payment was made over eight and a half years ago.
