Mr. Sorensenasked the Minister of Transport, in view of the fact that a substantial increase in the number of motor vehicles will still further intensify traffic congestion in the borough of Leyton, particularly in High Road, Leytonstone, if he will make compulsory the diversion of heavy traffic from the High Road.
