§ Mr. PeytonI am not aware of any general shortage of suitable fuels in this area. Complaints about specific shortages should be addressed to the suppliers. Problems about future supplies for smoke-control zones should be dealt with by co-operation between local authorities and fuel suppliers as envisaged in the recent White Paper, Command 2231.
