HC Deb 03 February 1964 vol 688 c105W
10. Mr. A. Lewis

asked the Attorney-General if he will introduce legislation to abolish the fixed charges made by solicitors, lawyers, and others in the legal profession to enable them to find their own natural level.

The Solicitor-General

I am not aware of any need for legislation on this subject, but if the hon. Member has any particular cases in mind I will certainly consider them.
