§ Mr. SwinglerMy right hon. Friend the Minister of Housing and Local Government, together with my right hon. Friend, will shortly be issuing to local authorities a Planning Bulletin on parking in town centres. It will give detailed 295W guidance on how to make and put into effect comprehensive plans for controlling and providing parking space, on and off the street.
