§ Mr. Roy JenkinsThe decision of the Air Transport Licensing Board to licence trans-Atlantic charter services by Caledonian Airways (Prestwick) Limited is under appeal. I shall consider the tariff provisions of these licences, together with all other factors, when making my decision on the appeal.
