Mr. Currieasked the Postmaster-General whether, in view of the fact that equipment is not now available and will not be available for some years for the extension of subscriber trunk dialling to the Greyabbey and Portaferry and Kircubbin areas, he will now introduce a scheme whereby subscribers in these areas are allowed a discount on their telephone accounts to compensate them for the lack of subscriber trunk dialling service.
