§ Mr. Templeasked the Prime Minister (1) what is the extent of the responsibilities of the Minister of Land and Natural Resources in respect of control of pollution in inland and coastal waters;
(2) what is the extent of the responsibilities in respect of the Water Resources Board and river authorities of the Minister of Land and Natural Resources.
