§ Mr. William Wilsonasked the Minister of Transport whether, in view of the inadequacy of the proposed alternative transport facilities to be provided for the users of the Leamington-Coventry-Nuneaton railway line, he will add to the conditions he attached to his consent, so as to compensate fully for the withdrawal of the rail passenger services.
§ Mr. Tom FraserIf there is clear evidence that further additions to the alternative transport services will be necessary between particular points and at specific times, I will gladly examine it. Only in this way shall I be able to decide whether to vary the conditions which my predecessor laid down when he consented to the closure of the rail service on 10th September.
