§ Mr. DarlingMy right hon. Friend received a letter from Mr. George Middleton on 30th November. A reply has been sent saying that it is too soon to consider authorising more advance factories; but when the position can be reviewed, the claims of all Scottish development districts, including Aberdeen, will again be considered.
