§ 42. Mr. Grimondasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what will be the relationship between the Development Unit in the Scottish Office and the new Scottish Planning Board.
§ Mr. RossI assume the right hon. Member is referring to the Scottish Development Group. As I explained to the hon. Member for Moray and Nairn (Mr. G. Campbell) on 2nd December, its functions will be taken over by the Scottish Planning Board.
