§ 89. Mr. Burdenasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will publish the expert and scientific advice that has determined the necessity to carry out an annual cull of seals on the Fame Islands.
§ Mr. PeartThe Report of the Consultative Committee on Grey Seals and Fisheries published in May, 1963, contains the main body of expert and scientific advice on the question of grey seals. Additional information made available 95W since then, which I have taken into account in my recent decision to continue the cull, is in preparation for publication.
