Dr. Bennettasked the Postmaster-General why an urgent parcel postmarked in Winchester on 2nd December, 1964, was not delivered to the headmaster of the Portchester Castle Junior School, 25 miles away, until 11 a.m. on 7th December, according to the cover and information now forwarded to his Department.
