§ Mr. JayI have received some representations from United Kingdom exporters to the effect that foreign firms are retaliating or may retaliate against the imposition of the import charge by looking elsewhere for their supplies. No foreign government has taken retaliatory action against the imposition of the charge, nor said that it intends to do so.
