§ 42. Mr. Richardasked the President of the Board of Trade whether he will make a statement on the effect so far of the ban on office building in Central London, with particular relation to land held by the Railways Board which might be available for council building.
§ Mr. JayMy right hon. Friend the Minister of Housing and Local Government is consulting the British Railways Board about the use of surplus railway land for housing and other purposes. Any decision will take into account the proposed control of office development.
