§ The Prime MinisterThere have been no changes in respect of the Parliamentary duties and responsibility of the Law Officers of the Crown as such. My hon. Friend the Minister without Portfolio will, however, answer Questions relating to certain matters falling within the departmental responsibility of my noble and learned Friend the Lord Chancellor about which it was previously the practice for the Attorney General to answer in this House. These matters include legal aid, land registration, the Public Trustee, the Public Records Office and the Lands Tribunal.
