§ Sir Eric FletcherMy noble Friend the Lord Chancellor hopes that it will be possible to apply the compulsory registration system to Brighton towards the end of next year. He will make his decision known as soon as he can judge how soon it will be practicable for Her Majesty's Land Registry to undertake the additional work involved.
